Where exactly is Woodbrook on the Avenue located?
We are at 35 Methuen Street, Woodbrook, Port of Spain, Trinidad — just off Ariapita Avenue, inside a gated compound with secured parking. The restaurant and bar strip is a short walk away, and the Queen's Park Oval and National Stadium are minutes by car.
Do you offer airport pickup from Piarco?
Yes. We run an air and seaport shuttle service. Send your flight or vessel details when you book and we will arrange the transfer. Car rentals and island tours can also be organised for your stay.
Is parking available?
Yes — parking is inside the gated compound, monitored by CCTV 24/7, and free for guests.
Rooms & rates
What room types do you have?
We have have four ground floor rooms that sleep two persons on a queen sized bed, three of the units have kitchenettes and one has a separate kitchen. There is also a self contained cottage on the gound floor that sleeps four persons adjacent to the car park. This unit has two double beds, a separate kitchen and a private entrance and exit. There are three units upstairs two with queen beds and one with two double beds, there is an adjacent common area upstairs that includes a kitchen, sitting and dining area.All rooms have private bathrooms, refrigerators, and microwaves. There is also a unit with two double beds that sleeps four persons upstairs
How many guests can each unit take?
Deluxe Queen and Double sleep two guests, the Deluxe Cottage sleeps two to three, and the Apartment takes up to four with a separate bedroom and living room.
Do you offer long-stay or monthly rates?
We do. Weekly and monthly rates are available for work trips, medical stays and trainees — contact us with your dates for a quote.
Is the guest house good value compared with hotels in Port of Spain?

Do you take Carnival and group bookings?
Yes. The property suits sports teams, Police Training Academy trainees, small functions and Carnival groups. Carnival dates sell out early, so contact us well ahead of the season.
What time is check-in and check-out?
Standard check-in is from 2:00 pm and check-out by 11:00 am. Early arrivals and late departures are usually possible when we know your flight times in advance.
Accessibility & special stays
Can you host guests travelling for medical treatment?
Yes. We regularly host medical tourism guests and their families, with wheelchair access and transport to medical facilities in and around Port of Spain.
